Upon arrival Delhi, meeting, assistance at the airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Delhi
After breakfast, enjoy city tour of Old & New Delhi. In Old Delhi, visit Red Fort, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1648 in red sandstone (Closed on Mondays), visit Jama Masjid, the most elegant mosque in India and Chandni Chowk, once and an opulent perfume market. Visit Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948.
Continue visit New Delhi sightseeing. Drive past the Presidential Palace (the Rashtrapati Bhawan) and the secretariat buildings, the impressive Rajpath to the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate. Visit Humayun’s Tomb built in 1565 AD and Qutub Minar, 72 meters high. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Agra (203 Kms/ Approx. 4 Hrs. drive)
Later visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in 1560 in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. This architectural marvel took over 17 years to complete, often known as ' Love Poem in Marble'. (Taj Mahal remains closed on all Fridays) and Agra Fort containing the halls private and public audiences. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (240 Kms / Approx. 06 hrs Drive)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur Enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri – This deserted city was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, in honour of the great Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti. Akbar used Fatehpur Sikri as his capital for 14 years. Scarcity of water was the prime factor for the abandonment of this beautiful city. Visit the remarkably well preserved, graceful buildings within the 'Ghost City' that speak of the grandeur and Splendor of the Mughal Empire at the height of its power. Continue overland journey to Jaipur. On arrival, check into the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Jaipur
After breakfast, visit to Amer Fort . Amber is a classic, romantic Rajasthani Fort Palace. Enroute to Amber Fort, you will have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds.
Continue visit Pink City including Maharaja's city Palace, the former Royal residence part of it converted into a museum. One of the major attractions in the museum is the portion known as Armory Museum housing an impressive array of weaponry-pistols, blunderbusses, flintlocks, swords, rifles and daggers. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world. Situated near the gate of the city palace, the observatory has 17 large instruments, many of them still in working condition. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Jaipur – Delhi (250 Kms/ Approx. 5 Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Delhi. Upon arrival direct transfer to the International airport to board the flight for onwards destination.
